LOu Martinet 🇫🇷/🇻🇪
Lou is a French-Venezuelan professional soccer player and one of the founders of Future Ballers. She currently plays professional soccer and proudly represents Venezuela at the senior national team level.
Before turning professional, Lou competed at the NCAA Division I level, playing for Coastal Carolina University and Florida Gulf Coast University. Her experience as a student-athlete, combined with her journey through professional and international soccer, has given her a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges athletes face both on and off the field.
Lou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management & Recreation with a minor in Marketing and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Passionate about helping the next generation of athletes succeed, Lou is committed to guiding student-athletes toward scholarship opportunities and creating pathways for long-term success. Through her personal experience as a collegiate, professional, and international athlete, she brings a unique perspective to helping athletes navigate their journey and reach their full potential.
Hailey pereira 🇺🇸/🇵🇹
Hailey is an American-Portuguese professional soccer player with NCAA Division I experience at Bryant University, Coastal Carolina University, and Queens University of Charlotte. She has also represented Portugal at the U-23 National Team level, bringing valuable international experience to her work with Future Ballers Agency.
With a strong background both on the field and in the classroom, Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Science, graduating summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her academic excellence, combined with her collegiate and international playing experience, gives her a unique perspective on the student-athlete journey.
Through Future Ballers Agency, Hailey is passionate about helping athletes identify opportunities, navigate the recruiting process, and build a path toward long-term success. She is committed to empowering the next generation of athletes to reach their full potential both academically and athletically.
